Hi, i installed saiku-adhoc-plugin-1.0-RC1 from 'http://ci.analytical-labs.com/job/saiku-adhoc-plugin/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/saiku-adhoc-plugin/target/' and when i run on bi-server 3.10 i receive the message: 'ReportGenerator.ERROR_0001 - The CDA Datafactory could not process the query'. Looking at the catalina log show me the errors: 07:21:13,216 ERROR [SolutionRepositoryBase] SolutionRepository.ERROR_0023 - Invalid publish location: Root Folder 07:21:13,226 ERROR [ReportGeneratorService] org.pentaho.reporting.engine.classic.core.ReportDataFactoryException: Failed to send request 07:21:13,226 ERROR [QueryResource] Cannot generate report (67D1E0AA-545C-F797-B3B6-51C0D118E00B) org.saiku.adhoc.exceptions.SaikuAdhocException: ReportGenerator.ERROR_0001 - The CDA Datafactory could not process the query any help ? Thanks. |

I'm having the same error, running on bi-server 3.7, Saiku analytical tools are working, but ad hoc reporting isn't. I have a feeling this is related to the properties file ../saiku-adhoc/saiku-adhoc.properties, related to the metadata.xmi file. |

did you install the ctools (cda etc) as well? using the ctools installer: https://github.com/pmalves/ctools-installer |

Cyril: do you get exactly that error: SolutionRepository.ERROR_0023 - Invalid publish location: Root Folder ? Or just: ReportGenerator.ERROR_0001 - The CDA Datafactory could not process the query ? We do not test saiku-reporting with anything < 3.10GA so I am not sure if it is possible to get it working in 3.7 That error was my fault, I was selecting a wrong model based on a newly created datasource, I just removed it from my temp/cda folder so that it won't come out on the Models dropdown. I have a different problem now, the Row Limit drop down doesn't work for me, it only shows data when it is set to NONE, but when I select 10 or 100 or 1000, I get the error Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.pentaho.metadata.query.model.Query.setLimit(I)V at org.saiku.adhoc.model.builder.CdaBuilder.build(CdaBuilder.java:160), that's no typo, there is a V after setLimit(I)
